Our team members are committed to making sure our products meet your needs and more.  We will give you useful information about seafood products, such as the situation of the raw material, seasonality of each product, best moment to buy, etc.

When an order is confirmed, and before starting the production, we will discuss your packaging and agree on a complete specification sheet to make sure your products are processed exactly according to your requirements. We can also assist in the design of your packaging to create beautiful packaging designs that will increase your marketability.

We take care of the entire process on our end and make sure your order is loaded under suitable conditions (temperature, loading method, positioning in the container etc. ). We will keep you informed until your order is delivered and make sure you receive all necessary documentation. (quality control report, health certificates, bill of lading, etc.)
